By using PeakForge services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Our Services

PeakForge provides WhatsApp AI agents and real-time dashboards on a project and subscription basis. Features vary by package as described on our product page.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or use it for illegal purposes.

Payments

Rates are agreed upon before work begins. All rates are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

PeakForge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the past 3 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
